
Brad Sitton
President with over 23 years experience in the energy industry, all of which has been operationally focused. Brad is responsible for development and implementation of strategic plans and all aspects of the company’s operations. His leadership skills start with a core belief in the development and assignment of accountability to all personnel. Brad has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&I University.

Mike Woodmansee, CPA
Vice President of Services and CFO with over 31 years experience in financial management and organizational leadership, Mike had 7 years experience as a CFO in the construction industry before he joined Snelson in 2008. Mike is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations as well as Insurance/Human Resources, Equipment/Fleet Management, MIS Services, Purchasing and Facilities. He has a B.A. degree in Accounting, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Coker
Manager of MIS/IT with over 26 years experience in network design, administration and implementation, SCADA and programmable control systems design, programming, implementation and startup. Mark has designed and implemented network and SCADA systems for local and international projects. Mark started with Snelson in 2001 and currently is responsible for the MIS/IT infrastructure and data system integration throughout the IPS family of companies.

Kevin Gundersen
Vice President and Manager of Industrial Facilities & Fabrication has over 26 years of industrial experience in the pipeline facility, petrochemical, aerospace, and pulp and paper industries. Kevin has been with Snelson since 2007 and is responsible for management of the US regions Industrial Facilities Construction and Fabrication divisions.

Dale Lappe
Vice President and Manager of Gas Construction Services has over 23 years experience in the gas pipeline/distribution business and has been with Snelson since 2006 overseeing the Gas Construction Services Division. Dale is responsible for all operations in gas construction services and for managing long term utility contracts servicing multiple LDCs; with emphasis in pipeline integrity, distribution and metropolitan/congested work.

Jeff Knapp
Vice President and Manager of Pipeline Services with 21 years experience in the construction industry. Jeff joined Snelson in 2004 and is responsible for project management and estimating on large diameter mainline construction projects as well as overseeing a small diameter construction spread and two construction maintenance crews.

Todd Wright, CSP
Manager of Loss Prevention & Control has 16 years experience in the construction industry and joined Snelson in 2007. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Loss Control Management and is a Certified Safety Professional. Todd is responsible for managing insurance, safety, environmental, health and hygiene for the company.

Jimmy Burns
General Superintendent of Major Pipeline Projects with over 44 years experience in the pipeline industry. Jimmy has been with Snelson since 1997 and has managed pipeline installation projects throughout North America. His experience covers all aspects of pipeline construction, maintenance and integrity projects.

Kathy Pettersen
Administrative Supervisor has over 36 years experience in construction administration and has been with Snelson since 1991. Kathy manages corporate and operations administration and is often the first point of contact for new customers wanting to learn more about Snelson. Kathy also manages subcontract administration, customer prequalifications, state licensing and oversees customer proposal preparation.
