Snelson Companies, Inc. was the lead contractor in the restoration and repair of the Olympic Pipeline Company’s liquid fuel pipeline after the tragic incident in Bellingham, Washington in 1999. We worked with the owner, affected municipalities, insurance companies and various regulatory agencies including the National Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS), the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, WISHA/OSHA and the Washington Utilities Commission to restore the critical supply line to service. We are proud of our work in this sensitive public and political atmosphere and with work completed with no incidents.
